Everlast ProTex3 Compete Professional Training Gloves, Laced

I have been using these gloves for past six months and I am very much satisfied with them. I am not a professional boxer. I just started to box an year back on a heavy punching bag. But it would have been better if I would have bought the gloves with velcro strap instead of laced ones. In fact I modified them and applied a velcro strap to these gloves at the lower end and replaced the laces with special elastic laces which give a tight fit. These gloves give my hands a very good protection though the wrist is not as protected as the company claims it is with protex3 technology. Hand wraps are a must use with any gloves as are with these. Everlast also brings out gel hand wraps which I have tried but switched to cotton herring bone weave hand wraps which offer the best protection.

These Protex3 gloves are, with out a doubt the highest quality gloves out there. As soon as I put my hand in one, I knew I found the gloves I''ve been looking for. These gloves feel like they were custom made for my hand. The quality of the leather for these boxing gloves are second to none on these as well; it looks nothing like the picture in terms of leather grade and color. I ordered the red pair and its more of a brick color than the bright red that they advertise. A+

Nowadays, it''s hard to find appropriate training gloves which have all necessary benefits for big handed men. Though this staff is expensive and EVERLAST isn''t a good mark anymore but, I found these glove really perfect in all ways. I do Recommend it !

These gloves are the most comfortable boxing glove I''ve ever used. In comparison to the Reyes or Grant the padding is much softer and doesn''t hurt to make a fist. The padding around the wrist is good since it isn''t soo stiff making it painful on your fist when you punch. The padding on the hand is made with a C4 foam, which provides a ton of padding on the hands and knuckles. Definitely worth the purchase.
