So, I just purchased these bad boys. After using for 3 days now, I have to say they are excellent. The resistance is nice, and they actually work. You can definitely feel it when you are finished.

Con: The gloves are a little uncomfortable. For the price, I wish they would feel better. It is obvious that the resistance of the bands are pulling at the gloves and applying a lot of pressure in between your fingers, which causes an annoying pain when you are trying to work out.

If you can work through the discomfort of the gloves, they are definitely worth the money. I would not give them up, but if you feel like the discomfort from the fingers may bother YOU, they are not worth the purchase.

So I first saw these gloves on Amazon and then checked out the company website and found out they have a new and improved style. I ordered them for myself and LOVE them. I cancelled my gym membership and use them at home along with all work out DVDS I own. They are so versital giving me a full gym work out with a simple piece of equiptment. Great gift for a busy woman in your life or for guys getting into the MMA world. Perfect training tool. Love it

I have had the Power Punch Gloves for just over a year. They really are great. With the resistance bands attaching to the back of the gloves and the removable "D" ring, I can go from working out with the bands right to punching the bag.
