For the price, it gets the job done. I found that my hands would slide just a little bit in certain poses, but then again, I''m sopping wet with sweat. I would recommend especially if you don''t want to spend the $20+ that others are.

Can''t beat this price. The towel works just fine for hot yoga and is so much better than the old bath towels I was using before. The only real downside is that each towel has "Prosource" embroidered in large white letters along one end.

fits my mat, catches sweat, washes nicely. I has a bit of a sticky dry feeling against your fingers, but I think that is the nature of the fabric.

lightweight and folds small. Great for sitting and laying postures. A lot better than a traveling yoga mat. Does not do well for standing postures without a mat.
