It can track (and record at the end of the session or at 12 midnight) (Min, Max, Ave) Heart Rate, Steps, Distance, Speed, Time, and Calories burned, all on your wrist.
I''ve been using it to record my steps and distance for a Walking Program at work, and it''s great. The Heart Rate Monitor was a bonus.
I''ve used GPS watches before but batteries run out or no signals in buildings and definitely not an all day thing, so the Accelerator Pulse beats out the GPS watches for distances and speed tracking with great accuracy.
Other heart rate monitors like the Pulse HRM watch I have costs more, has sensors that doesn''t allow users to change batteries, and doesn''t do anything to track distance or steps. There are also cheaper ones I''ve looked at that are strapless but those require you to hold your finger on a sensor while you''re running, which is not natural and not accurate. So this watch was a great in that I didn''t have to deal with any of those limitations.
It''s nice to be able to turn on the watch first thing and track everything, and know the watch will work all day in the background. I can go through the watch''s memory to review and track my progress over the week.
In all a great way to track your steps, calories, time, heart rate, and fitness over time--all on your wrist.
The only complaint, and thus not 5 stars is that the watch relies on an accelerometer for distance tracking (instead of GPS), and as the instruction booklet states, it''s gonna be off roughly 5% max. That''s fine as I''ve noticed the error rate is lower (compared to GPS) the further I''ve walked.
Totally would recommend.

I have only been using this watch for a few hours but so far am very pleased. I wasn''t sure what to expect because of seeing a few reviews online that people weren''t happy. I''m glad I gave it a chance. I only had to glance at the owners manual. I just clicked through all the buttons on the watch to figure it out for myself. It''s really not that hard. Of course it''s going to be a little confusing at first, the watch can do so many things it''s like having a mini computer on your wrist.Once I did the walk and run test to figure out my stride lengths and I completed the personal profile in the watch I was ready to go! I tested the speed while I was running on the tredmill, and it wasn''t perfect but close. I was very impressed with the fact the distance was right on! Those were the main two reason I bought this watch, so when I''m running on the road I can know how far/fast I am going. The step counter was almost perfect when I was running, but missed about 35 steps when I walked a 1/2 mile. I have it on sensitivity level 4 out of 5. Maybe to be more accurate for walking it should be on 5? But I''m not too worried about that, because I don''t need to keep track of my steps. I have not tried the heart monitor yet, so the only thing I can say about that is that it looks nice... not cheaply made or anything. I love the look of the watch and how it feels on my wrist. My wrists are small/average size(I''m a 24 year old female) and I have the band on the very smallest setting and it fits perfect. Although I was surprised to see it won''t go any smaller, I don''t think that will be an issue unless my bones shrink :)
I''m very pleased with my purchase and can''t wait to use it to help me train for my first half marathon in 3 months!

This watch is perfect for runners! I love that it counts the steps, distance, time, calories and heart rate. It''s perfect for my daily run. Yes, it does have a booklet of info to get down, but once you figure out the features you need; it''s a cake walk from there. I like to track the distance & time mostly on my daily runs. It''s a good price for what the watch can do. Yes, it''s not a Garmin but it works for the features I need without having to have two watches to do what one can.
If your interested check out the Tech4O website for the features it offers.I got this for my sister at Christmas and it has been disappointing. I tried to help her set it up but I just couldn''t. It was confusing to figure out. This watch is very nice in appearance and it has the features I was looking for (HR monitor, pedometer, etc.), but it was just not easy to use. We read the instructions but it was still hard to figure out the set up and user functions. We did not find it user friendly or intuitive. Perhaps with more patience I could figure it out. My sister decided to return it.
