BOY did I ever get it! After using weights on these exercises I was so sore I could barely move for a week, once I adjusted the weight load (took several days to work that out), I felt more invigorated than I had in YEARS! I highly recommend these videos is you are wanting to add muscle without going to the GYM. I love her sense of humor! She says exactly what I''m thinking most of the time, unlike most of the video instructors who smile, and never break a sweat! You see her sweat, you hear breathing hard, so you know she is working out as hard as you are! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!

Great workouts, just as I would have hoped from Cathe! These workouts live up to the challenging standard that I expect from Cathe''s videos! I especially love the additional premix options to fit in a workout given different amounts of available time to complete them. Very weight focused without ridiculous coreography to take away from minutes spent performing value-adding moves. LOVE THESE!!

You can find Upper body weight training, lower body, core,step aerobics, cardio boxing, stretching, and yoga. The equipment she uses can be found on amazon and it is usually more affordable than buying cardio machines or home gyms.
