Had one of these before and it worked so well till I had to give it away because the Velcro had worn out. But It didn''t tear. The rubber was thicker. Much better quality. This one I got from here; tore the first after the first day. I still use it. But it won''t be for long. Will buy out of the shops it I can find it. But not from here.

I wear this when doing cardio and it makes my tummy sweat a lot. I also wear it sometimes while at work and though I am exercising and eating better, I do think it has helped me shed inches around my waist. Sometimes when I stop wearing it, I kind of miss it. It just holds everything up!
