Life Fitness Body Shape Kit

I purchased one of these for myself before getting one for my husband. Everything in the set is so well made and is likely to last a long time. The DVD has a lot of workout that you would be able to include in your daily exercises. I run and also do rebounding with the 3lbs weights and they are very comfortable in my hands. The mat is so comfortable that I could sleep on it, and the ball is not like any of the other balls I have, it is in a class by itself. Whereas the price is a little on the high end, if you can afford it I would go for it.
