Putting it together was rather easy and he was jumping with 30minutes of the package arriving. Feeding and tightening the bungy cord was a bit of a challenge, but it worked out with some tweaking. One month later now, it is still holding up to his daily jumping and works great. Only challenge is when a friend comes over and we have to keep him and the friend from jumping together they are having just to much fun!My mom bought this trampoline for my son''s birthday in June. When it arrived, about a week before his party, I attempted to initially put it together. Two of the metal pieces that go into the construction of the ring were misshaped, so they would not fit into another piece. I immediately called customer service and they wanted pictures of the items as well as pictures of the receipt. Fine. I kept explaining that this was for a birthday a few days away. It took the guy 2 days to get back to me (and I kept calling and emailing!) and then he finally agreed that yes, the pieces were damaged, and he will send a replacement, but he will not send it rush (the replacement parts ended up getting to my house a week after my son''s birthday). So, ultimately, my husband hammered the thing together. And then came putting the bungee cord onnightmare! It was super hard to pull that thing on thereyou need 2 strong people for sure!
Now that we''ve had it for 6 months, the bungee snapped. My husband was looking at it and the cord has wore down in 3 places.
I am seriously thinking about just buying a whole new one from another manufacturer than just get the replacement part.
Yes, my son loves this trampoline and it gets a lot of use everyday, but you would think it would last more than 6 months. I would absolutely buy a trampoline like this again, but would NOT buy anything from the "Pure Fun" brand ever again!

After almost eight weeks this unit is falling apart. The stitching on the padding around the trampoline has completely come apart rendering this unit no longer safe for my 2 year old to jump on. I feel like we were completely taken advantage of on this purchase. Stay away from this product, that is my advice.Read Best Reviews of Pure Fun Kids Mini Trampoline (36-Inch) Here
We bought this for our 3 yr old son who is Autistic and has sensory issues, bouncing helps soothe him. It was fun while it lasted...He had it for less than 2 weeks and the bungee cord frayed and gave way, he fell through the trampoline and onto the floor, thank goodness he did not get hurt. This was a real pain to put together, even for my husband who is big and strong! The quality is just not there, it is rated for up to 75 lbs, but do not trust that...my son only weighs around 40. I bought it from another online retailer, who refunded my money without a hassle and I picked out another trampoline that has springs vs the bungee cord system. My 2 1/2 yr old loves it!!!! Definately need help putting it together but worth it. Tips a little too. We''ll see if it lasts until she''s 5.
