I am wearing them now, usually wear under shorts for the gym. They would be inappropriate to wear by themselves as they tend to show to much off, but maybe if you were running on a hot day outside would be a good choice with a jock for support. They are a little longer than i expected, but it is not a problem, still above my knees and do not impede squats but make me feel more supported while doing squats or biking. the drawstring is good to have, and they are nice if a cold day to keep warmer as a layer. I have worn them to work as i am in a building that is around freezing some days, it is a warehouse unloading trucks. good enough for all day on cold days! would consider buying other colors in the future
