These are fine shorts, well made, good quality, nice material. But the extra large size that I bought seem much more like mediums. So if you order these, get a larger size.

I like gym shorts that are a bit shorter than the prevailing style these days, and these are about right. Long shorts drag on your legs when you move and these don''t. Also, these shorts don''t chafe like some all synthetic shorts I''ve owned. These are soft and comfortable. I''d describe the material as mid-weight rather than heavyweight, but that''s not really a complaint. They don''t have pockets (that would have been nice). Overall, just what I wanted.

First of all, these run very small and the fabric is very thin. I think it would be easy to tear during exercise. There are no pockets which is another disappointment.

I bought three of these shorts several months ago because of the low price but I guess "You get what you pay for". I have a 35" waist and ordered the "Adult Large" size which is really tight on me. They definitely are not "Heavyweight", the elastic waistband is not lined, and a 6" inseam comes too high on my thighs. I''m using them as pajama shorts but I wouldn''t want to wear them outside the bedroom.
