This was a hard item to find as all stretch bands are 4 ft long or so, it seems; but these are about 26" and work perfect for my Home-made Gym.I don''t know the terminology but the bands are strong and have plenty of resistance for a beginner like me or someone who wants long reps for lean muscles. The clips are easy and fast to go to a different "o-screw" setting; and I added handles for a real professional feel. I plan to order the Orange 50# resistance soon too and have the added or single option for pressess, rows, or the like. VERY happy with these and I will purchase others for my "gym" workouts as well.
