Ladders are great, they split or conbine quickly. I have some experence with speed ladder training, but the video had lots to offer as far as new exercises. I would recommend this product to anyone, beginner or expert.

This item was shipped very quickly. Just as described. We have been using it during out basketball practices. The kids are using the ladders, but don''t see it as work. Having 2-17'' sections allows us to set up a ''circut training'' routine. The carry bag makes it easy to keep it all together. Soccer season has started, we will be using this to get our kids moving quicker. The DVD, although not professionally made, shows some great drills. We also got others off of YOUTUBE. Would suggest this product.

I have looked all over for affordable, good quality agility ladders. Over the years, I have purchased ladders from different companies trying to save a buck. The one''s I received (from other companies) were "cheap", hard to store, complicated to unfold, and simply a pain to use. These are exactly what I need to effectively teach my students (when performing athletic training) and store efficiently. I have searched the internet and can save you time...these ladders are the best "bang for your buck".

I purchased this product for my kids. I wanted something for them to work with their agility during the off season. They love making up new drills and steps. The ladders are nice and long. It can also be seperated and have two ladders. Nice product.
