Stamina AeroPilates Performer 4500

This is the machine I use at the local YMCA''s pilates classes. I am a person who usually gets bored very fast with working out. This machine has changed everything!! The Y was only having classes twice a week, and I loved it so much, I had to buy this for home. It is amazing!! Makes me want to work out. I got the Stamina videos to lead me through these exercises at home, so I don''t have to think after a long day at work. The one thing I love about doing this at home...I get to chose my own music!!! From someone who usually hates working out, I cannot recommend this machine enough. It gives an awesome workout, I''m usually a little tender the next day. Just enough to let me know it''s working!!

I have owned this product for about 4 years. Great product. It provides a great pilates workout, it is relatively compact and simple, so it doesn''t break. Forget weights, no injuries using this pilates machine.

Shipping time was great. Price was great. The product was a little narrow and required more powerful bungee cords (extra $25) for more serious users. However, it works effectively for the price.

While the price was good, in retrospect, I should''ve gotten the model with raised pulleys, up off the floor. The ropes constantly rubbing against my shoulders is annoying and using a long box with this model would be impossible! :-(

Love the reformer. However it came with VHS tapes. I had to buy DVD''s to go with it. Rather annoying!
