Like most Bender Method videos, this is divided into three levels, each targeting a different group of ab muscles. The first level targets the rectus abdominus, the second level targets the transverse abdominus, and the third level targets the obliques. You can play a single level at a time, or all three in row. Each level is only a few minutes long, with the entire video being 17 minutes in total. In each level you are shown a low-intensity and a high-intensity version of the same exercise. All exercises utilize the Bender Ball (but any soft rubber fitness ball approximately 9" in diameter can be used.) The exercises are very easy to follow, even the first time you try them, and don''t require any special skills or pre-existing fitness level. I started out with the high-intensity level of each exercise from the beginning and have always done all three levels of the video in each session. Despite my lack of coordination, I''ve never struggled with any of the exercises. (I have since purchased three other Bender Method videos and even the exercises in the basic ab workout are more difficult to perform than these!) You can definitely feel the intensity of the workout while you''re doing it, but it''s not oppressive, by any means. Since the first time I tried this video, I''ve faithfully done the workout every other day. I absolutely HATE strength training, but I don''t mind doing these exercises, so I can stay motivated to do them regularly.
The best part is that, after using this video regularly for the past 6 weeks, I''ve achieved noticeable slimming in the waist and sides, my stomach is distinctly flatter, and now I''m starting to see definition of my six-pack muscles. Several friends and coworkers have commented to me recently that they''ve noticed I''ve lost weight (even though I haven''t!) I''ve extremely happy with this workout because of its ease, its relatively short duration, its high intensity, and its quick and noticeable results.

The bender ball and dvd''s are great. Just place the ball under your derriere and watch the tapes. It is a new and effective way of flattening your stomach. It came in a timely manner and was well wrapped.
