The Firm Weighted Cardio Gloves Kit with DVD

This is a really good, quick cardio workout for the days I don''t have time to do the 45+ min. workouts. The gloves get a little uncomfortable on the hands due to sweat, but otherwise fit fine. I figure, when I''m able to incease my weight on other workouts, this will be a good option to add a little without having to hold yet another set of dumbells in each hand. It''s a nice addition to my The Firm collection.

At first, I had a bit of a hard time getting use to wearing the gloves, but now that I am, I use them even while walking around the track. I''m not afraid to punch the air and work out my arms in public. :) After three weeks, I''m starting to see more definition in my arms and I''m feeling more motivated to use my CD.

I really like these. At first I couldnt figure out the gloves (i know duh!lol) any way the work out is intense and fast. I love it. It did take me about 3 or 4 days to finish the complete workout but it does work u really well. I do recommend this set for purchase.

This is a fun work out but the gloves are very loose. Gloves seem to be made for people with big hands.
