This is a good product many will tell you that the material is cheap and that it tears easily, that''s not true if you do not tug and pull at it full force you shouldn''t be able to tear it. Its good to get this suit a size bigger because the suit will stick to your skin and if its a size bigger you will be able to remove the suit a little easier without out pulling and tugging a whole lot which risks tearing it. I think its a good weight loss aid to have the suit gets REALLY REALLY HOT so hot that it burns and heats up the muscles and in my thinking the fat as well. Being that hot inside your body you can trust that not only the blood and muscles heat up, the fatty deposits are really melting down and breaking up to be able to loose weight more faster and better. I also experience that if your walking on a treadmill like i do you are able to cut your work out time in half using the suit because your sweating in 15 minutes like you have walked 30 mins which is about a mile, in the summertime by then. I saw and felt a difference within 2 days of using this suit. i am real glad i invested in it it does more that get the job done. I get best results when i wear the suit without light clothing underneath it. it will seem strange to first time users but as you use it the burning sensation you get from after and during wearing it you will get use to. True to what it says it does and i love my new hot suit. Stay hydrated while using this suit. The suit is also a good way to drain water from your body naturally for those who retain water like myself.

Very sturdy doesnt rip this is my first suit but I love it I sweat buckets in it.....I am very happy with this product and I am getting a second one smaller it actually comes in the real size it says, but that''s about it. love this product, to be honest, you can put this suit on and do household chores and the sweating starts. i was so excited to get the suit and when i first used it it worked. the suit itself, pretty sturdy; the shirt was snug but fit fine..the pants are balloons, they are way too big and fall off as the workout goes on; and are very difficult to work with. eventually i will be buying a smaller suit because this product does work!
