Been using it for 2 weeks. It wobbles a bit if you the bar hits the post but feels sturdy( All power rack that I have tried wobbles). It has a lot of bar hooks (8) which makes switching from one workout to another easier. I have loaded 400lbs on it is very stable.
A 7'' bar will fit the power rack.
Overall, for the price & all the additional included (bar hooks & dip bar) it is a good deal.

I made the decision to purchase this rack becuase it appeared to be very sturdy and becuase of the addition of the dip bars. While the rack is capable supporting large loads it is unstable at times. When performing dips the back left corner or top right from the view of performing dips comes off the ground. I am only 210 lbs. This is the same for my wife whom is 130 lbs. The black guards on the top and bottom of the J-Hooks are poor quality and come off easily. This is somewhat frusturating during installation. I bought this power cage because the construction appeared to be solid. To my disappointment, it is not, and if you are going to use this cage for anything resembling serious training, beware of the following:1.The material is too thin: while assembling the cage and trying to get the upright beams and the cage as tight as possible to avoid issue 2 below, the metal under the bolts bent! I did not use anything big, or power tools, just a regular wrench, so much for hand tight...
2. The cage is not laterally stable: if you are doing anything that has even a bit of lateral movement(kipping pull/chin ups, racking a heavy bar, dips on the dip station, etc) the uprights will move side to side, a lot, which is an issue considering that the only structural components keeping them in place are
4 thin metal plates at the bottom screwed to the uprights. This movement will fatigue the metal and break it (bending a metal wire back and forth on and on, you get the idea...)
3. The J hooks are SHORT, if you are going to use this cage for heavy squatting (even not so heavy) you have to be careful not to miss the hook while racking at the end of the set and end with the bar ON TOP of the hook instead of on it.
4. If you are doing chin/pull ups, the knurling on the top bar will grind your hands, avoid the knurling.
Overall, not the best choice. The spring locking mechanism on the J hooks and the lateral safety bars is nice, but not worth the extra price you are paying for a cage that is probably not as solid as others in the same price range but don''t have the spring locking.

Overall: Very pleased with this product for the price, plenty of bar hooks and very sturdy safety bar (cage/dip bar discussion is below.) Pullup bar and dip bars are the main reason I bought this product (when comparing other power cages,) most power towers on the market can barely hold my weight much less with added plates.I am 5''10" (70 inches) 185-190lbs.
Use: 4-5 times per week (exercise ~7 times per week)
Owned product for approx 5 months
Lifting method: Not an extreme lifter but Planet Fitness is not a place for me :P (I like to pick things up and put them down but I don''t care to look like that guy lol) I do get my burn on!
Pros:
1) Dip bar weight max 275 (this is the major reason I bought the product. See stability discussion below.)
2) Dip bars can be mounted on the inside or the outside of the cage easily (not advertised but a great feature, see stability discussion below)
3) Dip bars can be easily removed (simple little pull pin)
4) Pullup bar weight max 325 (another major reason)
5) safety bars can easily be moved up and down (another major reason.)
6) lots of bar hooks make adjustment easy and quick
7) bar hooks on both inside and outside of the rack
8) designed to hold more than enough weight for me
9) pullup bar grips work fine (standard ones you find on any other pullup bar.)
10) Safety bar CAN save your life! Bench press, squats etc!!
Cons:
1) cage width will barely fit 7foot bar, makes mounting a little tedious
2) grip pad on dip bars aren''t great (standard ones you find on any other dip bar.)
3) construction MATERIAL isn''t great (as listed in many of the other reviews.) This does play a major part into the stability discussion and consideration however I haven''t found it to be a major issue.
4) construction METHOD isn''t great (as listed in many of the other reviews.) The way the joints fit together add to the poor stability.
4a) Nearly all power cages will wobble a bit and this is the only one that I''ve found that has dip bars attached so it is difficult to compare wobbly-ness in dip bars. Pullup bar wobbly-ness is consistent with the other power cages I''ve used.
5) Stability, as discussed in many of the other reviews, can be an issue when it comes to dips and pullups.
Stability DISCUSSION: (Feel free to comment and ask questions.) It is very easy to mount the dip bars on the inside of the cage (instead of the outside as shown in the product images) and doing this will improve stability. Also if you adjust the opposite side safety bar a little higher than your dip bars then you will have a little better stability. This cage is clearly NOT designed to support kipping motions on the bars (ie. cross-fit style pull-ups, muscle-ups)
Stability Notes: I can do dips with a 35lb plate (~225lb) without significant movement of the cage using above mentioned adjustments to the cage. No kipping, controlled movements. Also without the added weight (~190lbs) I still feel little movement when using the above mentioned adjustments. I think the lighter you are the less shaking the cage will do (makes sense when thinking about gravity and tension on the bars/joints.)
Again feel free to ask questions. I highly recommend this product in any home gym! Safety bars are a must when it comes to lifting (especially without a partner.)
