This product works great if your walking or running but if your a martail artist keep in mind that the small medal weights inside will shift when you kick and you have to constantly adjust the weights because they will slide down to your ackles but it will help inprove your kick and when you remove the weights your kicks will be much faster. I give this product a five star rating even tho the weights can slide down to your ackels but not everyone is a martail artist if your a runner you may not come across this problem and i like how the weights can fit nice and snug around your calves i would recommended this product to anyone.
