wow!!! i love this video. i purchased hard strikes in a set of nine for $119 dollars and saved money. (i just couldn''t pick one) and i do not regret it. the exercises are easy to learn,but in true cathe style the are high cardio and heart pumping. the exercises if done right will get you the results you are looking for. and they are high impact.so if you have a problem doing high impact you can taylor to meet your own needs.Save $0.02 off
