Yes, this is the head pad you need to perform many Pilates exercises. Quality-wise it''s great and will serve me well. However, I feel ripped off that I paid 20.00 for it and can''t help thinking that 12.00 were for the "Stott" logo is in the corner. It''s difficult to find the same pad at ALL, so they feel okay charging you through the nose. Shame on them.
