
This poster neatly depicts the major muscle groups of weight trainer''s body along with body & muscle aspect ratios that a weight trainer would aspire to during workouts. This isn''t a poster for medical students, but one that helps those exercising to target specific muscle groups and to view a list of possible exercises for each of them.

I like this poster, the illustrations are nice, but, I would prefer more detail from an anatomy standoint. I feel the descriptions of muscle groups are a bit vauge. It''s a good referance to look at quickly while your working out.
