The Nexersys is the best piece of workout equipment that I have in my home gym. It is the only workout system that is not boring and is a complete workout that gets you into shape-no joke. With all the other bikes, tredmills, weight benches... they all get boring and old and start collecting dust overtime but not the Nexersys. The Nexersys is an interactive device that changes everytime you work out and even has a child mode so the whole family can work out and be healthy.
I have had this unit for a few months and it really makes working out fun. Hard to believe, but yes...it''s fun! It is also a kick-butt workout.
