1. low resistance is indeed very low so I gave it to my mom for her to do some basic stretching. she is happy.2. medium and high is just nice for me.

In theory, I hate to work out but a couple of months ago I joined a local boot camp as I needed to lose a few pounds. It was a great experience but because of my travels for work, I wasn''t able to continue attending 3 times a week. There are three of them and I started with the low intensity one and have gradually worked my way up to the red one; although on days when I''m super tired, I admit I use the yellow one (medium). The thing I love about these bands is that they are great quality, very durable, portable and have been great for me to increase my resistance. These bands are thicker than one''s I''ve seen at Big 5 and I love the bright colors. They are also really easy to grip! The bands come with a great door hanger but don''t be shy a tree works just as well and exercise outdoors always helps clear the mind! I take these with me everywhere now and whenever I can get in 10-15 minutes of work out time, I pull them out and get to work.
