For dips and leg lifts this thing is pretty nice. The handles have padding (some brands give you a bare bar, ouch!)Chin-ups and push-ups are a little less than great, as they are too widely spaced for me (I''m 5''10").
Construction is pretty solid, and it took me around an hour to put it together. Mildly annoying, as one of the foot-caps did not fit until it cracked, and one of the holes for the "safety pin" was imperfectly machined and I had to file an uneven edge to fit in the pin, but this is not uncommon with such products.
I found it locally on sale for $99.99 at a sporting goods store, so I''m not sure it is worth the price online once you add shipping. Still, if you don''t live near a store and prefer it shipped to your doorstep, at a total of around $150, I''d say it is still a fair price.
