This 55cm ball is just perfect for me. I''m 5''3" tall. I use a couple different size balls but because of my short stature, this ball is my favorite. When I took two different kinds of balls to my fitness club to ask them to air them up, one of the directors of the fitness club said that between the balls, my FitBall is a very good ball because of it''s reinforcement.
