Heavy Grip 150lbs. Intermediate, Hand Grippers

I bought this because after my brain surgery, for some strange reason, my left forearm was amazingly weak. I bought this to strengthen my left forearm mainly. I had to tape up the handles cause they were rough to me, but other than that, I love this thing. I''m slowly going up in weight on this. I used to have to 100lb version, now I''m on 150lbs. I use the grips twice a week, & no problems here.

I am 56, 160lbs and committed to physical fitness. I purchased both 150 and 200 heavy grip. They are well made and I love the gnarled non-slip grip on the aluminum handle. I keep a set of these in my car. I find the resistance challenging for my strength level. I first purchased the 200''s and subsequently ordered the 150''s. The 150''s are tough enough for me to train with every other day or so and I have made some great gains in the last 6 months. I am considering buying a set of 100''s for everyday use and as a warm up for the higher resistance grips. I have learned that a thorough warm up is key to success with these higher resistance grips. I am very happy with the product.

This product is great and high quality. i chose the 150 pound intermidiate grip because i read many reviews saying that the 100 pounder was weak. The 150 is really hard i can not even close all the way even ounce. I am a 15 year old male. If you are a beginner i suggest you get the 100 pound if you are a beginer, other than that its a great product.

Fairly simple product but it seems pretty well built... starts off a little stiff but then loosens up a bit ..does start squeaking after a while.. like others have said its pretty well labeled as "intermediate"

I ordered the 150lb model, I am very happy with the amount of resistance it offers. Its not too difficult while still providing a challenge. Its quality is very nice and seems very well made. It squeaks a little bit when you squeeze it, but as long as your not a ninja using it while trying to remain hidden I think you''ll be okay. I would recommend you buy this if your in the market for one.
