I''m glad I got it a little larger than usual because I''m carrying twins.
The only con is that it can be a little hot because the shiny fabric doesn''t breathe. This belly bra gives great support for the tummy and is very comfortable. However, if you have wide scoop neck or v neck tops, beware because the neckline is narrow, and the belly bra will show inside your top''s neckline. Good product for wintertime esp when you are wearing turtlenecks etc.

Tried this on right away after recieving, was so excited. I''m a very active mom-to-be and was looking for extra support expecially during workouts. At 29 weeks and having gained 25 lbs already, I found that the small was a little too small, but the medium too bigthe small was hard to get on and off because it was tight at the top especially, but once on was generally comfortable. Product irritated the underarms at the seams when active. Belly portion fit well and was confortable, but the band at the bottom did irritate my skin a bit, and felt "tight" because it was somehwat narrow elastic (2"). Very see-through garmet. Nowhere near sufficient as a sportsbra, even for small chest size. Does provide significant warmth as a base layer, so with addition of sportsbra and t-shirt, got overheated easily.Overall, plan to return, as there seem to be better products out there that are wider at the bottom, and not integrated as a shirt/bra as well.

I bought both a white & black in XL. I probably should''ve gotten the L, but it''s only slightly too big around my bust (36F) & belly & fits well under my belly for support. I normally wear an XL in both maternity pants & tops.Within 15 minutes of putting this on, the sciatica I''d had for a week was gone -my maternity belt wasn''t able to do that! My back has felt more supported as well. The band at the bottom is a bit narrow & does make quite the attractive upside-down muffin-top under it, but this is easily hidden by clothes. It also makes my belly (now being stretched out for the 4th time) less jiggly even when I take it off at the end of the day, so I''d say it''s a fair trade-off. I wear this with a bra because I need the extra support -the bra portion of the bellybra has about the same support as a nursing sleep bra -not a lot.Sooo the item works like it''s supposed it, it does in fact lift the belly, and can be worn without a bra. My only complaint is that the back and sides of the garment ride up higher than the front which is below the belly. This means that if you have any fat at all on your sides, it will be pushed up and OVER the 2 inch wide elastic to create a massive side-muffin top. I''ve tried to cover it by pulling my full panel maternity jeans over the top and then putting on a tank top, then the shirt I''m wearing you can still see the muffin sides. I think it might work if I wear it under a heavy sweater or something super baggy, but if you think you''re going to wear a cute ruched shirt that shows off your bump, it''s going to look really gross. I was a size 12 pre-pregnancy so yes I had some side fat, but this item takes that fat to a new level!
