Lost one star because of the pump. Honestly, these balls come with all kinds of pumps, but the hand pump that is shaped like a squid works the best by FAR. I always keep mine around, and throw the ones that come with "unenlightened" balls. If you don''t believe me, try them when the ball has no air. It''s very obvious then.

But discarding that topic, this is a really great exercise ball, especially if you have cellulite. I have used an exercise ball as my office chair for years, and just switched to this. It might be a little painful if you are really thin. And sitting on it in shorts is just NOT GOOD. But if you have a well padded rear end, it really helps get the circulation going!

It does kind of look like a torture device, so if your office is in view of others, well just be prepared for comments....

This item is a must-have for every healthy person! It arrived on time, was in a great shape. The box consisted of a pump, too, so that I could start using the ball right away. The ball wasn''t damaged in any sense and still works perfectly after several weeks.

Was very happy with this fitness ball. Unfortunately I''ve only used it about three months and it just now popped open a hole in the side of the ball and deflated. No idea how the hole could have developed--maybe a weak spot in the manufacturing? Just contacted J-Fit through their website to see if they might be able to offer a replacement. Hope so! Three months would be completely ridiculous for a product life.
