Beyond Yoga Women''s Lift and Support Bra

I just wore this for the first time this morning to do a yoga flow/barre-style workout, and it worked great for that purpose! It''s made of that super nice and thick cotton that Beyond Yoga uses for their products, and is super comfortable to wear.

It''s also got a nice amount of stretch to it so that it''s easy to put on. (I hate pullover bras that make me pull a muscle trying to get them over my head!)

As far as support goes, I wouldn''t recommend using this for any mediumor high-impact workouts, but for yoga routines it works great. (It kept everything in place during my down dogs this morning!) Just be warned that it is just as low cut as it is in the photo, and, because of the removable pads, creates some serious cleavage. I work out at home so that''s not an issue, but it would be too revealing for me personally to wear out.

The sizing also seems true to size. I wear a 32D (or 34C in my "sister size"), and the size small fits perfectly.

I may need to pick up another one of these!

I am 5''2'' 127 lbs. muscular.. Bra size 34B. or 32D I bought a small and it fits me okay ... a little too big but extra small will be too small for me for sure.

I bought the Ruby .. and I like it. It has pads that make your breast look nice. I am wearing Sport bras to gym all the time and I am doing Turbo Kick Boxing class in this bra. If you don''t like to show your twin sisters this bra is not for you because it shows your cleavage...I don''t mind so I love this !!

This bra is well made, very soft and comfortable fabric. I was looking for something with light support for my yoga practice. I have big knockers 32G and while this covered them just fine, it pulled at the shoulders and the ladies were prone to popping out during forward bends and downward dog. That said, if you have normal sized boobs then this bra would be great for you.

The bra fit overall pretty well. I am kind of long from my shoulders to under my bust and this bra JUST fit. It is a common problem for me with non-adjustable strap bras though. It is comfortable & the fabric is nice & soft. It did not wick quite as well as I had hoped. I''ll wear it since I have it, but not sure I will rush to buy another one.

I wanted to like this bra. I use it for bikram yoga and it''s really soft and comfortable. Nice fit and looks pretty good. What annoys me is that the support pads move out of place after every single wash. Why they didn''t sew these in place I have no idea. But after every wash, I spend about 5 minutes sticking my finger in the side (they have a slit) and slowly rotating the cushions. If this was sewn in place, I''d give this 4 stars.
