The unit folds for storage, and the mechanism for doing this is combination of a single bolt and a locking security pin in two places, where by removing the locking security pins you can fold the unit for storage and then use the locking security pins to lock it into place in the folded position, which is a nice feature and is the reason I rated the unit at 5 stars, even though I had to enlarge one of the holes.
The misaligned hole probably is an exception, so it is entirely possible that most of the units have correctly drilled holes. If you have tools, including a drill and drill bits, then the solution is easy, but otherwise you would not be able to assemble the unit completely.
The unit is sturdy and stable, and I am pleased with it, and the only negatives are (a) the somewhat confusing assembly instructions, (b) the parts inventory in the instructions listing parts that are not included because they are not needed, and (c) the hole on the metal plate that was welded a little bit higher at one end than it should have been, which required enlarging the hole via a drill and drill bit, but I was able to correct the hole alignment problem, which makes the negatives more of an annoyance than something which would be a show stopper, hence I rate the unit at 5 stars rather than 4 stars.
