My FAVORITE part was that we use bodyweight exercises for the lower body. My butt felt lifted after just 2 weeks for doing these DVD''s. I cant believe how much I was sweating after just the 20-minutes. I was able to do these DVD''s in addition to training for a 10K and was probably the most fit I''ve been in a long time.PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE: I have tried just about every program out there. From p90x to insanity to boxing to whatever...I have done it! But what I always have difficulty was with sticking to a workout. The other programs work. but who has TIME! And you have to be in great shape to even make it through the others. I love working out. but I had a hard time dedicating my whole day to a workout system or having to go to the gym and wait for a machine. so I put together MY 2 Cents of why i like this system. Take them for what they are worth. But if you are like me and want to lose weight and get in shape they make sense:

1. It is only 20 minutes long and I work out for just 4 days a week not 90 minutes and 6 days a week. i skipped so many days on the others cause of the time commitment.
2. Diet is easy to follow and I am not starving.
3. The fit tests make me feel like I am getting better each time that I do the different workouts
4. Jay is motivating and encouraging REAL DEAL!
5. The workouts are INTENSE. I sweat a lot doing these. but, before long it''s over. 20 minutes! done! my shirts are soaked after each work out.
6. like the 30 seconds bursts. you do all of the moves for 30 seconds. as many as you can do. great for motivation!
7. My house doesn''t look like a gym. and i didn''t have to buy an equipment. you do not use any equipment.

My husband was skeptical when I bought this for him. But we both love it. Anyone can squeeze in 20 minutes, and it is hard but enjoyable. Jay himself is quite likeable, and he knows what he is doing. We have taken this with us on vacations and even used it from our laptop. I usually do a few extra pushups and triceps dips at the end, though. Seriously a great workout! The 20 minutes fly by! You definitely get your ass kicked but it''s not nearly as hard as P90X (which I tried & failed miserably at). This really works. No fooling! 20 Minutes a day and results in a very short time. Watch the change in your body. See the difference in your clothes.
