This tank top is very sheer. You can see right through it. The description really doesn''t give you very much information. I couldn''t tell it was so sheer by the pic on Amazon. You would HAVE to wear another tank under so you can see through it and for support. There is no lining to this tank, there is no shelf bra either. If you like to wear tanks under your work out tank then this would work for you. Or you could wear a bra.

This tank can absolutely not be worn alone! It seems a little big too. I normally by a large in something like this. I am a 36D but this was just a little big for me.

There are much better sport tanks out there that offer some type of support! Amazon should update the description.

got this for my wife for christmas and she LOVES them. Full range of motion, right fit and very comfortable. She does a lot of zumba and class workouts and swears by these shirts.
