Aqua Jogger Women''s Fitness System

I recently retired and decided to start water aerobics at the indoor pool around the corner. Since I am only 52, I felt like I needed alittle more resistance so I purchased the Aqua Jogger Women''s Fitness System. I read the booklet, watched the DVD and now can work out harder on my own. Everyone at water aerobics has asked to try it and they also seem to think it adds to the workouts. I would recommend this to everyone who loves to work out in the pool.

Used this product the last swimming season a couple times a week, and will do so again. I did notice a difference in the shape of my legs and stomach in a short time. Good quality. Insructions easy to follow. I also bought one for my husband!
