Great ball for various exercises. I bought this to use with Bodyrock workouts but I have been using it for all sorts of variations. Great for training others as well. I have found it to be a fun warm up tool. Play catch with a parter and go low into a squat when catching it. Warms up your whole body to get ready for a great workout! :)

The Ugi Ball is a great workout tool. I ordered the 12lb kit and will have another review of it up on my website EndTheTrendNow.com, but for now I wrote up a quick overall review

The Ugi Ball seems like a top notch product, although it is more expensive than other medicine type balls out there. One cool feature about the ball is it''s ability to compress, so you can use it for various floor exercises like push-ups and core work.

I will try to expand on the review and really put it into its paces. A great website to checkout where the ball is being used is BodyRock.TV. Zuzana shows you some great exercises using the Ugi ball. If your looking to get in shape, this is definitely a great tool to get you there.

I''m pretty active and do 6 days a week of kickboxing and resistance band training and this is a TOUGH workout. Good, but you definitely will feel it. I got the 10 pound ball and that is plenty heavy for me (5''3" female). I wouldn''t go any heavier unless I was a pretty intense athelete or a male that is extremely fit. I didn''t notice the smell of the ball at all.

Best excercise equipment I have ever bought! I debated whether or not to get this ball because of the price however it is worth every penny. I workout 4-5 times a week and am in really good shape but Ugi kicked my butt! I love the challenge of this excercise and see amazing results. I was very pleasantly suprised to see that the gymboss timer still arrived in the package because it is no longer being advertised as part of the package. I also love the DVD and look forward to my workout every morning. Who knew such a cute little ball would add such a different aspect to classic moves and work my muscle in such a different way. Love, Love, Love it! Thanks Ugi :)

Side Note: I am 105 lbs and the 8lb ball is just right

This item said it would come with five 30 minute workouts (got none), DVD (not received), and eating plan (not received). NONE of these items shipped with the Ugi, and I am extremely disappointed considering the price. All this included wa the Ugi itself, (which came with a large black mark on itdoes not look new to me!), and I also got a piece of paper that said I could view a workout online for free. But guess what? I went online to try the free workout with the given password and NOTHING PLAYS. SO I received a marked up Ugi ball with absolutely no instructions for use, and most pieces not even in the box. I have never been more disappointed.
