BUT THIS ISN''T COMMERCIAL QUALITY SO IT DOESN WOBBLE QUITE A BIT, SO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING A HEAVY DUTY EQUIPMENT MAT (GOT MINE AT SPORTS AUTHORITY FOR $40)....I FOLDED THE MAT IN HALF AND TUCKED IT IN ON THE SIDES AND ONCE I USED IT WITH THE MAT IT DIDN''T WOBBLE AS MUCH. IT STILL DOES A LITTLE, BUT IT DOESN''T BOTHER ME.Better than nothing. Easy to assemble. Wobbly. Probably good for someone who needs a mild aerobic workout, but anyone reasonably fit needing a serious workout would have to spend hours on this thing set at maximum resistance. (This is from the viewpoint of a 5''11" 205 lb. 48 y.o. male who would rank his aerobic fitness as a 3 on a scale of 1 10). Bonne chance!
