I use these for cross fit and they are much better than the elastic wrap with thumb loop ones I had before. They are easy to put on and adjust, and provide better support. They have a chemical neoprene smell when you first get them, but that disappears after a few times of wearing them.

I''ve been using these straps (barely) for about a year. They are extremely annoying due to a single design flaw. The velcro on the straps are not attached in the correct place on the strap. I''m a 6''1" 220 lb guy and I don''t consider my wrists to be larger than average. But the way the velcro is placed, I only can get about 1/8" of actual velcro hold. Then when I bench or overhead lift I simply HOPE they hold, which a lot of times they don''t. It''s just silly considering all the company qwould have to do is move the velcro about 2" further down the strap. Wouldn''t require any additional material for costs. It just makes no sense. Highly dislike these straps!
