From an exercise perspective these balls are great for doing explosive movements. The slam (pick it up and throw it down) is the basic movement, but you can push press slam it, chop slam it, throw it backwards against a wall, or chest pass it forward. A lot of great movements. Also good to incorporate into any crossfit "workout of the day" type routines you might want to think up. Our last one had us doing slams in the middle of pushing a sled and doing walking lunges. I would like to see CFF contract to put out some weights in the 60-100lb class as well. These are fun and a great workout tool.
