Wearing the Omron as it tracks my steps gives me the measure I need to keep active. My brother who worked at Kaiser was told by his doctor that anyone who walks 10,000 steps a day will stay in good shape. So that is my goal!

I preferred the last Omron pedometer I had as it was smaller...this one works very well and I use it everyday but I would have preferred the smaller model.
