Perfect. Pushup FOAM RUBBER Kneeling Knee Pad

I was using an ab wheel where your knees are on the ground and you roll out and even though I was doing this on a yoga/exercise mat I was getting bruised knees, so I knew I needed more cushion. I purchased this "knee pad" for 5 dollars on Amazon just to give me the extra cushion. I put it down on top of my yoga mat and it definitely probably triples the cushion I had before. It is comfortable an after using it, it goes back to it''s original form. It is definitely worth the five dollars I paid for it. The only thing I want to mention is those grey "knee" circles you see in the photo, they basically painted grey circles on top of the black foam and after using this for 2 weeks that grey is starting to disappear. It doesnt make the product any less effective but when I purchased this I thought those grey areas was an area specifically designed or cushioned for your knees but they are nothing other than a different color of the foam. But again, for five dollars if you need a little extra cushioning for your knees this will give you that.

I am using this on carpet with a ab wheel to prevent rug burns on my knees. Does the intended purpose, and is comfortable. It did come creased down the center, but is lying flat for me.

I actually bought mine for the outdoors since it is light enough to roll up into a day pack. When you''re out in the woods trying to build a campfire you have to kneel down quite often and this will cushion my knees from hard uneven ground.

Someone mentioned that it came folded with a crease in the middle I can confirm that, although it doesn''t take away from from the functionality since your knees will be on either side of the crease. Still, it would have been better if it came rolled up rather than folded and creased.

This pad is just fine for what its intended for. I didnt like that it was delivered folded in half. There is an unattractive bend down the center and makes the pad look a little cheap. However, I figure its just fine as long as it doesnt tear at the crease.
