Precor Super Bench Commercial Series Bench

The bench arrived damaged. The replacement bench arrived even more damaged than the first. The benches are not packed with any packing contents, and 100% of the benches will arrive damaged. You have to determine how much damage is acceptable. I was told that I could order a 3rd bench, but that it would be damaged as well. I talked to a Manager, and to a Supervisor, and was told that Amazon is not going to change their shipping, and that some boxes arrive less damaged than others. I still have a banged up unit. The bench itself is great. The shipping sucks though.
