I wear this jacket as a layer when I''m running, and it is a great windbreaker and insulates me somewhat from the cold. It is long enough for me (I''m 5''1") to cover my backside, which I want to do when I''m wearing leggings for running. Nice large zipped pockets for a few valuables.
