This weight vest is one of the best out there. The construction of this vest makes it durable and very comfortable to wear. The wieghts are maintained inside the vest and do not flop around, which limits the wear and tear on the vest. This also leads to a more controlled approach of adding weight to your body during a work out. The weights aren''t always shifting around and there is no constant adjustment, which could cause injury while wearing a weighted vest. The waist strap is the only adjustable part of the vest and this makes it really snug and comfortable to wear.

I have used this for about a month and have no complaints.

The vest fits perfectly and the straps keep it tight to your body.

This is a good vest. The construction is good, adjustable and for the money,a good buy. But....it is not comfortable, IMO. I''ve been wearing a 20 lb vest for 18 mos on walks & runs. Granted there is considerable adjustment in doubling the weight on your body. But I have issue with the sand pouches. They are rock hard, especially on my lower abdomen & waist, which I do not have on my 20 lb vest. I''m sure there is something to the type of sand (or gravel/rock) they need to use for weight. But when you tighten the vest, you feel it! And you have to wear is snug to disperse the weight from your shoulders. Anyway, good vest for the price & construction-yes, comfortable-no. Again, IMO.

This vest does exactly what it is supposed to do. Feels comfortable and works great. I recommend hiking up hills while wearing it.

The packets that the sand is held in are a little too difficult to get out and put back in,

and the material the bags are made of is too easy to tear.

The velcro straps across the front don''t really seem adequate to hold all the weight

and as a result the vest opens frequently when it needs to stay closed.

Other than that it seems alright. I think I''d rather try another version before I''d buy

this one again.
