
"This 40-minute endurance ride will have you singing in your seat to popular songs like "I Will Survive" and "Shake Your Groove Thing." Maybe if the instructors would stop the blah blahing the entire time you could hear the music. Again, I thought this workout lacked variety and interest. If I can''t make it to a real spin class, I would rather listen to my own music and pedal through my own workout. One good point of this dvd is that the instructors encourage you to ride at your own level and each (of the 3 instructors) takes a different approach to the climbs.
