A machine I actually use. Haven''t exercised for a long time so it was hard to do at first, just started slow & worked my way up to about 45 min. There are 4 spring levels. 1 by 2 spring tension levels and then using the peddles seperately or together. It has really improved my balance also.

Only bad thing is all exercises are done with bare feet. I tried for several weeks to do this a thought maybe my feet would get used to it. Not...I now wear my shoes.

Have to make sure not to let your foot slip off, the springs are under alot of tension & I bruised the back of my calf.

5 different workouts. I switch between them. Every exercise is explained so after doing it awhile it is too easy. I still play it but while she is explaining the next exercise I just continue doing reps.

I purchased the Malibu Pilates Chair, I starting using it this past weekend and I love it. It is the original Malibu Pilates Chair. It is everything I thought it would be and more. It is a low quality knock off. This and other Malibu pilates chairs sold on Amazon are all knocks offs. I have a real one and a fake one. There is quite a difference in quality! The spring tension is weak and they break easy. Be an educated buyer! All sales are final on this chair. Be forewarned!
