3 in 1 Ball: Complete Collection

This set comes with lots of equipment including a well-detailed book, wide choice of video workouts (although they are boring, the exercises are quite effective,) and a terrific set of supplementary equipment. However, 3-in-one ball only comes in one size --26"-which is way too small, and I am only 5''6". The video instructors use larger balls that fit them.

I am quite disappointed and will have to return it to the store.

The set may be worth it for the equipment alone the ball, band, and web all seem to be good quality. I bought this set from Sam''s Club, and afterward found out on the publisher''s website that the DVD is not intended for North America. *edit: the publisher''s website references and ISBN different from mine my version may indeed be intended for U.S. use* My home DVD player could not play any of the DVDs. My laptop managed to start one of them, but it could not play the other two because the disks are warped! Not sure if I''ll be returning the set yet I needed a ball anyway, and the additional equipment may be worth the overall price but if you''re looking for instruction (and especially if you live in the U.S.), best to look elsewhere. The book is 192 pages with full color photographs and looks like it has helpful information in it, but the binding does not allow it to lie flat and thus is difficult to use while exercising.

I ordered this hoping that it would be a good alternative to running or biking. The kit is amazing, I loved everything that came with it, however one DVD was scratched upon purchase and skipped regularly when I played it in my laptop. Although the ball seems to be fully inflated when it is 17" in diameter, I was able to inflate it to about 21" but with some trouble (the instructions say that you can keep inflating it until it reaches 26", it just takes a while). When putting the web on the ball to use the resistance bands, I found that they were ripped and had one snap in half when I was using it. Not only that, but the ball is not good quality either. I enjoyed the workouts, but did not like the equipment and am planning on sending it back as soon as possible.

I purchased this kit at Half Price Books--fabulous store btw. However I agree with the other reviews...the ball is too small. And even though it does say 26 inch ball, when I measured it, it is NOT 26 inches. It might be about 16 or 17 inches by my measurements, which is roughly 43 cm. That is close to the 45cm exercise ball, which is 2 sizes down from what should be in this box. The store is letting me return it...I am 6ft tall and 160 lbs--this ball will not work :) Get me an actual 26 inch ball and it might.

The set includes a DVD, a book, and a yoga ball that measures 26 in. or 66 cm. The ball is a nice size for my height (5''5), and works perfectly for me. The DVDs provide fun, interactive workouts and allow me to monitor my progress by comparing techniques to those of the instructors.
