Excellent product...this equipment is perfect for a great workout...this is also a great value and doesn''t require a lot of space.

This set is great for the price. im a heavier guy 210 pounds and i was scared that it wouldn''t hold me or that it would be wobbly. the ab wheel works good a lot better than expected. the perfect pushup is good but its not as smooth as the real perfect pushup.

If your looking to coast back into working out, I think this a good start. After about 3 weeks I am still unable to use the pull up bar fully but the push up things and ab wheel are really useful. I will say the nutrition information is a bit confusing and contradictory. If your committed to getting into shape, this or any other workout equipment is a great tool, certainly worth the price.
