The watch is nice and attractive but I find the background is to dark....the time should be a little more illuminated.

The case and strap feel fragile. Its not an expensive watch and if you dont mind the feel, it looks nice.

Great deal on this watch when I bought another watch but this watch you can''t read the numbers unless you hold it a certain way and the rubber band is very stiff.

I''ve owned Armitron watches before, so when I saw this attractive design at an even more attractive price, I decided to get it. In fact, I could have bought three of them and still had some money left over compared to the cost of the watch band of my current watch. That seemingly super-durable watch band snapped, but that''s another story. Anyway, I ordered this and another Armitron watch for less than the cost of said watch-band.

The dress watch has yet to arrive, but this Digital Sport is on my wrist now, and I do like it. For it''s size, it is quite light. Depending on your preferences, that may be either good or bad. It appears substantial, but not overly bulky. The green accents are subdued and are actually rather classy. The bezel has a glossy chrome appearance, but I suspect that after some time it will reflect user wear and tear. The primary Amazon photo of the watch represents it quite well in that the display is rather faint. In dim light the digits can be hard to read, but in bright light they are reflective and are quite legible. Some might not care for this, but I''m fine with it. I think it ads a sense of refinement and helps dispel any visual clutter on the watch face. At night, press the bottom right button briefly for about 4 seconds of illumination. Again, it is a bit faint, but easily legibly in a dark environment. This is no "Indiglo©" watch.

Written instructions were not included. A PDF is available online, though I found none specific to the Men''s 408232 model. Still, the button presses apply, and I was able to figure out how to set the watch without needing written instructions. All it took was about 10 minutes of playing around with the buttons. After removal from the Amazon shipping container, the interior box was a simple white affair, with the watch on a basic plastic display stand. The band seems sturdy enough and it is easy to put on.

All-in-all I''m happy with this purchase. It is not the "perfect" watch by any means, but is good for work, casual and sport environments. I think it would make a nice gift for anyone looking for an inexpensive sporty yet classy watch.

No matter how inexpensive this is being sold, do not buy it. Numbers can hardly be seen. Very little contrast in the digital read out to the background. Cheap and flimsy. I didn''t return it because it wasn''t broken. I eventually just threw it in the garbage.
