I use these shirts, actually 4 of them different colors, for my workouts at the gym. they are nice and do help with sweat. They are comfortable and nice,soft material.Keep in mind, some of the shirts depending on the color, shrunk.
Its weird that only certain colors shrunk faster than the other ones. For example, the blue color shrunk the faster, then the silver one, then the red one and the gray one didnt shrink that much.
And i used all of them evenly and washed and dried them all together so i dont know what the problem was. Also if you usually wear a medium sized shirt, get a small (if you are not overweight of course) because the medium look kinda long. I''m 5''7 and 150 pounds and the small size fits great on me. Just make sure you don''t dry these in the dryer because they might shrink. Just leave them out on a chair or something to dry, and they dry fairly quickly
