Suzanne has always been one of my favorite teachers as all her delagations for each movement are clear and easy to follow so much so I can follow without watching for most of it. Her workouts with the ball have always been my favorite to relieve the accumulative tension in my body from chronic stress. I feel like I have had a full workout and yet I feel completely relaxed afterwards. I highly recommend this workout for all levels and expecially worn out women! Thank you Suzanne for the gentleness of your voice instuction at the end of a hard day!
