Crescendo Fitness Folding Weight Lifting Bench

This thing took me far too long to build (and I have construction experience so I''m used to putting things together). The instructions were horribly hard to read, and I ended up with a few extra parts. Not to mention that they sent me two fly bars that were the same, so one side has three holes up top, the other side three holes on the bottom. I think you''d be better off getting something a bit more pricey, or run back to your computer to look at Amazon''s picture so you can put it together right.

So far, it''s served its purpose as a weight bench. When you fold it up, it''s a bit top-heavy, so be prepared to wake up in the middle of the night when it crashes down. So the folding doesn''t serve its purpose at all.

received item very poorly packaged, just a box of loose parts banging around and scratching up the paint. Components are so poorly made, they need to be modified in order to be assembled properly. Hole locations are approx. 1" off. If you have any manufacturing or assembly experience, you know that that is a mile. Very poor Chinese made crap, do not even consider buying.

Just like other reviewers, I found the assembly instructions to be ridiculously horrible.

I too received my shipment with all the parts scattered all over the box.

The bench itself does what it''s supposed to do so no complaints there.

However, folding it up and hoping it doesn''t come crashing down is another worry.

If it wasn''t for the lousy packaging and the worst assembly instructions ever, I would''ve given this a better rating.

Package game with all the bolts, screws and ect just laying loose inside the box. Delivery man had to actually hand me the few that fell out through the hole of the box. Not sure if this was a return and Amazon just shipped it right back to me but either way I''ll be looking elsewhere.

this is a good bench. no pieces were missing. its not the highest quality product in the world, if it were it would cost a hell of a lot more than it does. if you''re looking for something to get the job done for not a lot of money this is the one to buy.
